Holiday Essentials

One of my favorite things to do during the holidays is to break out some good bottles of wine and do some taste testing with friends. It’s a process throughout the year. Over the course of the year, I try different kinds of wines and when I find something worthy, I’ll write a review (of my own) and then stock away a bottle for the annual wine tasting.
